Meet Dr. W. Mark Myers
Dr. Myers attended the University of Kentucky from 1979-1983 and took well over 120 hours of classes. He focused primarily on biology, chemistry and business. He was a member and an officer of Sigma Nu Fraternity. He attended the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and graduated in 1987 with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Myers worked with a team of six dental students in traveling to eastern Kentucky to provide dental care to indigent children, and was awarded the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology’s Certificate of Recognition. He has been president of the Glasgow Golf and Country Club, Glasgow Rotary Club, and the Pennyrile Dental Society. He has served on several boards of directors, including Citizen’s First Bank, Commonwealth Broadcasting Corp., Glasgow Barren County Chamber of Commerce, and the board of trustees for Crossland Community Church. Additionally, he is a member of the University of Kentucky Alumni Association Board of Directors and is a Life Member of the UK Alumni Association since 1999.
His professional memberships include the Pennyrile Dental Society, Kentucky Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Myers and his wife Debbie have been married for 33 years and together they have three children, Dr. Madison Galloway & her husband Ryan, Brandon, and Cameron. He enjoys traveling, cycling, golfing, and spending time with his family.
